For the University of Miami on such projects as: BankUnited Center, The School of Architecture, The School of Music, The Library Expansion, Pearson & Pavia Parking Garages, etc.

The Shops at Sunset Place (Retail w/64 Tenants) (S. Miami, Fl): Glazing Consultant to the Landlord (Simon Properties): Consultation with tenants regarding building envelope design (storefronts & doors, residential windows, shutters, signs, awnings); inspection of all tenant storefronts; review and coordinate with the City of South Miami on deficient installations and recommend remedial work.

Dolphin Mall: Analysis of glazing system for the entire exterior portion of the mall. Designed storefront support systems where required. Inspected field conditions and recommended remedial work.

The Village of Merrick Park (Retail w/140 Tenants) (Coral Gables, Fl): Glazing Consultant to the Landlord (The Rouse Company): Design of Tenant storefronts. Consultation on design of: Metal Framing, Railings, Awnings, Signs, Stonework, etc. Special Inspector for all Tenant and Landlord storefronts. .

ANALYSIS/DESIGN:
Prepared site-specific wind load calculations on building components and cladding (windows, doors, shutters, storefronts, curtain walls, garage doors, etc.) Perform rational analysis of exterior building components. Review shop drawings for compliance with Code requirements.

PRODUCT APPROVALS:
Prepared calculation package for Miami-Dade County Product Approval (NOA) for manufacturers of impact and non-impact resistant products.

INSPECTIONS:
Performed hundreds of inspections of building components (curtain walls, storefront systems, shutters, windows, doors, structural steel, welding, etc.) of commercial, residential and retail buildings.
